When you enter Paloma for the first time, you'll be taken to the New Experience setup screen, where you can choose to either select a Template, or New Conversation to start from scratch. (You can also access this page by selecting Create New from the left hand navigation)

Templates are a great way to start, enabling you to see the general framework for the conversation we recommend, but this tutorial will walk you through how to build one from scratch.

Once you've selected New Conversation, choose Start Building 👇
